Helicobacter heilmanniiとは

ポイント

★H. heilmanniiは人獣共通感染症であり，イヌ，ネコ，ブタ，サルでの高率な感染が認められ，ヒトにも感染する．

★胃MALTリンパ腫で陽性率が高く，H. pyloriとともにその成因に関係すると考えられる．

★H. pyloriで用いられる一次除菌薬への反応性はあまりよくない菌も認められる．

★ウレアーゼ陽性菌，陰性菌が存在するため，H. pylori陰性とされてきた症例でも考慮する必要がある．

★鳥肌胃炎などで陽性例が認められ，広範な疾患との関連性が想定される．
