★腎症の評価には，尿アルブミン値の測定とeGFRの算出が必須である．

★治療戦略は，血糖・血圧・血清脂質の集約的管理である．

★降圧薬の第一選択薬は，レニン-アンジオテンシン系抑制薬である．

★的確な治療により，腎症の臨床的寛解（remission）が期待できる．
