アナフィラキシー

ポイント

★アナフィラキシーは全身のアレルギー反応であり，症状は皮膚症状・呼吸器症状・循環器症状・消化器症状などを呈する．

★二相性反応を考慮し，治療して改善後も少なくとも24時間は経過観察する．

★アナフィラキシーの原因としては，薬物・食物・刺虫症が多いが2／3の症例は原因不明である．

★急性期治療において，最も重要で最初に行う治療はエピネフリン筋肉注射であり，エピネフリン治療の絶対的禁忌はない．

★アナフィラキシーの治療では，急性期の治療と，その後の詳細な問診・教育を含む長期マネジメントが大切である．
