ポイント

★気管支喘息の発症，悪化には気道炎症が主体となるため，気道炎症の指標は有用である．

★FeNOは非侵襲的で簡便な気道炎症の指標である．

★気道炎症と閉塞性障害は完全には一致しないため，呼吸機能と気道炎症は組み合わせて評価する．
