ポイント

★HBs抗原が陽性であれば，HBVの感染状態である．HBs抗体はHBVの中和抗体である．

★HBe抗原からHBe抗体へのセロコンバージョン後も，HBV-DNAが低下せず，肝炎が継続する場合もある．

★PCR法により判定可能なHCV genotypeは，インターフェロンによる治療効果予測に重要である．
