ポイント

★肝庇護療法はC型肝炎ウイルス（HCV）を排除しないものの，肝炎を鎮静化し，肝細胞の再生を促すことにより，肝線維化進展を抑える治療法である．

★肝庇護療法としては，ウルソデオキシコール酸（UDCA），強力ネオミノファーゲンC（SNMC）の投与が有用である．

★血液中の鉄分は，C型慢性肝炎の進展に影響しているので，瀉血を行う．
