ポイント

★ウイルス性肝硬変は，インターフェロンまたはエンテカビルを主体とした抗ウイルス療法をまず考慮する．

★抗ウイルス療法の効果が期待できないウイルス性肝硬変では，トランスアミナーゼの低下を目指す．

★非代償性肝硬変では，病態に応じた薬物療法・食事栄養療法の選択が重要である．
