ポイント

★新規のB型肝炎ウイルス（HBV）マーカーであるHBコア関連抗原（HBcrAg）は，肝細胞内のHBV-DNA量を反映している．

★HBcrAgは，抗ウイルス治療の中止基準として利用でき，臨床上の有用性が高い．
