ポイント

★経口抗菌薬は抗菌スペクトラムだけでなくbioavailabilityに注意する．

★βラクタム薬，特に第3世代セフェムは静注と比べ著しく低用量しか使用できない．

★キノロンは結核ではないことを確認する必要があり，気軽に濫用しない．

★マクロライドは使用目的を非定型肺炎，ピロリ除菌，非結核抗酸菌症などに限定する．

★グラム陽性菌用の薬剤としてクリンダマイシンを活用する．

★ST合剤は経口薬として優れた特徴をもつので，使い慣れると有用性が高い．
