ポイント

★AMIの8～33%が胸痛ではなく，呼吸困難や嘔気・嘔吐などの非典型的症状を主訴とする．

★高齢，女性，糖尿病や心不全，高血圧は，胸痛のないAMIのリスクである．

★85歳以上の高齢者心筋梗塞の主訴は，「胸痛」よりも「息切れ」が多い．

★女性のAMIは刺すような痛みや，放散痛，嘔気・嘔吐，めまいなどで発症しやすい．

★初回の心電図変化が診断的なのは20～60%しかない．
