脳出血って，血圧を下げて，手術をすればいいんでしょうか？―脳出血診療のエビデンス

ポイント

★脳出血と脳梗塞は，所見からでは完全には区別できない．低血糖を除外し，脳梗塞として行動する．

★降圧の前に，患者さんにストレス（痛い，苦しい，熱い，寒い）が，かからないようにする．

★収縮期血圧＜180mmHg，平均動脈圧＜130mmHgを目標に降圧する．

★手術の適応は，小脳出血と，深さ1cm未満の浅い皮質下出血に限られる．
