ポイント

★ACE阻害薬とARBはRA系抑制薬としてまとめられているが，ACE阻害薬は咳の出るARBではない．

★ACE阻害薬はRA系の抑制作用とブラジキニン賦活化作用を中心としたハイブリッド薬である．

★ACE阻害薬には生存率に直結する臨床成績が多い．

★ACE阻害薬には降圧とは独立した冠動脈イベントリスク低下がある．

★咳対策を行いACE阻害薬がなるべく中止にならないように工夫する．
