ポイント

★bystander CPRによって心停止例の救命率が向上するが，その実施割合は低い．

★AED使用により救命率向上が期待されるが，使用できる人を増やす必要がある．

★心原性心停止では，胸骨圧迫のみの心肺蘇生法は人工呼吸付きの蘇生法と同等の救命効果がある．

★胸骨圧迫のみの心肺蘇生法を活用して，bystander CPRを増やす取り組みが必要である．
