狭心症の薬物治療

ポイント

★慢性虚血性心疾患の治療目標は，不安定狭心症，急性心筋梗塞への移行あるいは突然死を予防し，生命予後を改善することである．

★発作を抑制し，運動耐容能を増加させ生活の質を改善させるため，狭心症の病態・発症機序に応じた適切な薬物選択が重要である．

★心事故を予防し生命予後を改善する薬と，狭心症発作を予防し生活の質を改善する薬を使い分ける．

★禁煙や食事，運動などについて患者への教育および冠危険因子の是正が症状そのものに対する治療の前提である．
