ポイント

★抗血小板薬の介入により，25％程度の血栓イベントの予防が期待できる．

★抗血小板薬の介入により，出血性合併症リスクは増加する．

★抗血小板薬は血栓イベント低減効果と出血合併症増加のバランスにより適応が決まる．
