透析患者の四肢に生じた有痛性の紫斑と潰瘍

ポイント

★透析患者に手足を除く四肢の潰瘍をみたら，calciphylaxisを第一に考える．

★激しい疼痛と周囲の紫斑が特徴的である．

★血清Ca・P値，血中副甲状腺ホルモン値を定期的に確認する．

★中枢側の潰瘍は，予後不良のサインである．

★早期デブリドマンが，予後を改善する．
