ポイント

★血液疾患患者では，初診時および外来定期通院中において溶血発作，発熱を伴う好中球減少症，出血傾向などを併発し，緊急に対応を必要とすることがある．

★一般医は初期対応に加え，血液専門医に紹介するまでの間に，患者および家族に対して緊急性を有する病態であることを説明し同意を得る必要がある．
