★わが国においては高齢化に伴うがん患者の増加に伴い，サバイバーの数が増加している．

★がんサバイバーにみられる最も頻度の高い心理的問題は再発・転移の不安である．

★サバイバーの不安軽減には医療者との良好なコミュニケーションが重要である．
