ポイント

★DIP，PIP関節に関節腫脹，痛みを生じる．

★MP関節や手関節に症状を呈することは稀である．

★女性40歳以上，男性60歳以上で家族歴を有する．

★CRP，ESRは低値陽性に出ることも多い．

★RAとの鑑別はrheumatologistでも困難なことも多く，一度の診察で結論づけることなく少なくとも3カ月以上の経過を見るべきである．
