★糖尿病による皮膚硬化は頻度が高くかつ特異的な合併症である．

★癒着性肩関節包炎は糖尿病に特異的ではないが頻度が高い合併症である．

★甲状腺疾患では筋症状を伴うことが多いが治療で速やかに改善する．
