★coronary CTは感度，陰性的中率が高い．

★coronary CTの有益性に関しては，まだもう少し研究が必要．

★放射線被曝はcoronary CTに限らず，すべてのCTにおいて常に考慮すべき．

★不整脈や冠動脈の石灰化はcoronary CT特有の敵．

★coronary CTを施行するのは煩雑なので，放射線科とのコラボレーションが必要．
