ポイント

★脂質異常症治療薬は多数の大規模臨床試験により総死亡率や心血管イベントの抑制が示された．

★スタチン，フィブラート，EPAは，抗炎症作用や血管内皮改善作用，抗血栓作用などを併せもつ．

★脂質異常症治療薬の心血管イベント抑制には，脂質代謝改善作用に加えて各薬剤の多面的な作用が影響を及ぼしていると考えられる．
