ポイント

★脳梗塞の一次予防，二次予防には脂質異常症のコントロールが重要である．

★一次予防にはLDLコレステロールを治療ターゲットとしたスタチンの投与が勧められる．

★積極的なLDLコレステロール低下療法による脳卒中発症抑制のエビデンスが蓄積されつつある．

★高血圧を合併した脂質異常症のスタチン治療では脳卒中予防の観点から十分な降圧治療を行う．
