ポイント

★慢性心不全に睡眠呼吸障害は合併しやすく，予後不良因子と考えられている．

★睡眠呼吸障害を合併した慢性心不全患者の適応補助換気（ASV）使用による心機能改善やQOLの改善効果が報告されている．

★一方，ASVに保険適応の明確な基準がないため，使用目的，適応症例とその有用性などをよく理解し治療にあたる必要がある．
