ポイント

★閉塞型睡眠時無呼吸症候群（OSAS）に合併した肥満症に対しては，現体重の5～10％減を目標に食事療法，運動療法，薬物療法を組み合わせた治療を行う．

★体位依存性OSASは，主に仰臥位で無―低呼吸イベントが起こり，側臥位睡眠が有効である．

★慢性閉塞性肺疾患，肥満低換気症候群などを合併した一部のSAS患者に，酸素療法を補助的に行うことがある．
