H. pylori除菌による胃癌の予防

★H. pylori感染と胃癌との関連は明らかであり，除菌療法は胃癌発症予防に有効である．

★新たな胃癌検診法として，PG法とH. pylori検査の組み合わせによるABC検診が試みられている．

★H. pylori除菌後も定期的な内視鏡検査での経過観察が必要である．
