ポイント

★無症状，average riskの一般健常人が大腸癌予防の対象となる．

★予防のための介入として，全大腸内視鏡があり，直腸から盲腸まで全大腸を観察する．

★予防したいアウトカムと期待できる効果として，大腸癌死亡および罹患の減少・抑制が挙げられる．
