冠動脈疾患での抗血小板療法

ポイント

★抗血栓作用を有する血管内皮に破綻が生じると血小板が活性化され血栓を生じる．

★抗血小板薬はエビデンスの積み重ねにより近年，一般的に虚血性心疾患に投与されるようになった．

★トラピジルは心筋梗塞後の治療薬としてガイドラインにも収載されている抗血小板薬である．

★クロピドグレルは強力な抗血小板薬でチクロピジンに比し副作用の頻度が低いことで頻用されている．

★薬剤溶出性ステントにより冠動脈形成術後の再狭窄率が圧倒的に低下している．
