ポイント

★近年，未破裂脳動脈瘤と診断される機会は増加している．

★破裂率は年間0.5～2％程度とする報告が多いが，動脈瘤と患者の要因により変動する．

★治療に際しては，その自然歴と治療によるリスクとを十分に吟味する必要がある．

★十分なインフォームドコンセントを基本として，症例ごとに最適な判断が求められる．
