　アレルギー疾患は診断方法の進歩とともに，より正確な原因抗原の同定が可能になり，これまでの非特異的薬物療法と抗原回避中心の治療から，根本的な特異的免疫療法へとシフトしてきている．本稿では，進歩の著しいアレルギー診療の領域から，主に食物アレルギー，薬物過敏症，喘息について最新の治療を中心に述べる．
