感染性腸炎

ポイント

★感染性腸炎は非炎症性小腸型，炎症性大腸型，腸管侵入型に分類すると考えやすい．

★脱水，低カリウム血症，代謝性アシドーシスなどの水電解質，酸塩基平衡異常に注意する．

★抗菌薬は不要なことが多く，限られた場合のみ有用である．
