ポイント

★肺動脈性肺高血圧症は稀な疾患であり，適切な治療が行われない場合，非常に予後が悪い．専門施設との連携が大切である．

★以前は抗凝固療法，利尿剤，酸素投与といった補助的治療が肺高血圧の治療であった．

★近年，肺動脈性肺高血圧症特異的治療薬の使用が可能となってきている．

★予後は改善してきているが，いまだに根治させる方法はない．
