ポイント

★わが国でのβ遮断薬の使用頻度は低い．イベント抑制の目的でもっとβ遮断薬を投与すべきである．

★β遮断薬の効果はクラスエフェクトではなく，ドラッグエフェクトとして理解すべきである．

★心機能が低下した症例や高齢者では，少量から慎重に投与を開始すべきである．

★β遮断薬は気管支喘息，徐脈，高度房室ブロックの症例には禁忌であり，投与する場合は慎重に行う．
