ポイント

★2剤の併用では，RA系阻害薬（ARBあるいはACEI）とCa拮抗薬または利尿薬との併用が推奨される．

★急性腎不全を防ぐため，高齢者，脱水，塩分制限時のARBあるいはACEIとNSAIDsあるいは利尿薬との併用には注意する．

★高リスク高血圧例におけるARBとACEI併用の有用性は否定的である．
