感染性心内膜炎

ポイント

★原因不明の発熱を診たら，心内膜炎を疑う．

★疑ったら，診断がつくまで血液培養と心エコーを繰り返す．

★可能な限りエンピリカルな治療は避ける．

★治療期間は，血液培養が陰性化した日を第1日目と考える．

★内科的治療が困難であれば，外科的介入のタイミングを逃さない．
