★造血幹細胞移植と臓器移植後の感染症は，プライマリケアの領域でも遭遇する可能性がある．

★移植後の患者の感染症には，細菌だけでなく種々の微生物が起炎微生物となりうる．

★専門医に橋渡しをする役割としても本邦においてはプライマリケア医が果たす役割は大きい．
