粘膜防御因子増強薬

　粘膜防御因子増強とは，粘液分泌増加，粘膜血流増加，細胞増殖，内因性プロスタグランジン増加，フリーラジカル抑制，熱ショック蛋白（heat shock protein：HSP）の誘導などの作用を指す．攻撃因子を抑制するH₂ブロッカー，プロトンポンプ阻害薬（proton pump inhibitor：PPI）とともに重要な薬剤であり，代表的薬剤について述べる．
