文献概要

　速効型インスリン分泌促進薬であるグリニド薬は食後の血糖上昇を抑えるために開発された薬剤であり，安息香酸誘導体のレパグリニド，D-フェニルアラニン誘導体のナテグリニド，ベンジルコハク酸誘導体のミチグリニドの3剤がある．日本で市販されているグリニド薬を表1に示す^1）．
