インフルエンザ治療薬

　抗インフルエンザ薬の中心は，ノイラミニダーゼ阻害薬であり，過去に使われていたM2蛋白阻害薬であるシンメトレル^®（アマンタジン）は，その高い耐性率から，実際の医療現場では，ほとんど使用されていない．したがって，本稿では，国内で使用可能な4つのノイラミニダーゼ阻害薬（表1）について述べることとする．
