★急性心不全の基礎心疾患は欧米と比して，日本は虚血性が少ない．

★急性心不全症例の既往歴では高血圧の頻度が最も高く，これは世界共通である．

★退院時処方は欧米と比して日本はACE阻害薬よりもアンギオテンシンⅡ受容体拮抗薬の投薬率が高い．

★急性心不全症例の入院期間は欧米と比して，日本は著明に長い．
