強心薬

ポイント

★強心薬の使用を考慮する場合には，まず血行動態の把握を正確に行うことが重要である．

★強心薬の必要性の是非は速やかに判断し，できる限り少ない用量を短期間のみ使用することが望ましい．

★それぞれの病態に合った強心薬を選択するように心がける．
