★喘息の分類には，特異的IgEの関与するアトピー型喘息と，その関与がない非アトピー型喘息とがある．

★小児発症喘息はアトピー型が多く，成人発症喘息は非アトピー型が多い傾向がある．

★高齢者喘息では非アトピー型喘息も多い．
