ポイント

★SU薬二次無効の2型糖尿病患者に対して少量のSU薬を残し超速効型3回を上乗せする方法が有効である．

★SU薬二次無効の2型糖尿病患者に対して混合型インスリン（超速効型:中間型=50:50の比率）3回に切り替える方法が有効である．

★混合型インスリン（超速効型:中間型=70:30の比率）3回が有効な症例は限定される．

★2型糖尿病の未治療患者，インスリン従来療法からの切り替えでも混合型インスリン（超速効型:中間型=50:50の比率）3回注射法は有効である．
