ポイント

★わが国の透析導入原疾患の第1位は糖尿病性腎症である．

★糖尿病性腎症の発症・進展を抑える有効な手段はいまだ確立していない．

★報告間で使用したARBは異なるものの，ARBは糖尿病性腎症すべての病期において，その発症・進展を遅らせることが期待できる薬剤である．

★その効果を得るには，血糖・血圧の厳密な管理が大前提である．
