ポイント

★ACE阻害薬およびARBによる糖尿病網膜症抑制効果がEUCLID，DIRECT，RASSにより示されている．

★眼局所でのRAS異常が糖尿病網膜症の病態に関与していると考えられている．

★血清クレアチニン2.0mg/dl以上の症例にACE阻害薬，ARBを使用する際には，少量から使用する必要がある．
