腎機能障害を合併した心房細動症例

ポイント

★腎機能障害例では心房細動の発症率が高い．

★出血性疾患の発生リスクが高いため，抗凝固療法施行時には注意が必要である．

★現行の新規経口抗凝固薬は高度腎機能障害例では投与禁忌であるが，一部の薬剤では中等度の腎機能障害例における有用性および安全性が報告されている．
