肝硬変とは

ポイント

★肝硬変の分類にはWHOの形態学的分類と代償性，非代償性といった機能的分類がある．

★肝硬変の成因ではウイルス性が最も多いが，最近ではNASHの頻度が増えてきている．

★肝硬変診断は臨床症状，血液検査，肝組織検査などから総合的に判断すべきである．

★肝硬変の治療は肝不全治療，合併症治療に加え，栄養療法が重要である．
