アルコール，肥満と肝硬変

ポイント

★肝硬変の原因として，アルコール性肝硬変は13.6％，非アルコール性脂肪肝炎（NASH）肝硬変は2.1％と報告されている．

★アルコール性肝硬変，NASH肝硬変にも肝癌のリスクがある．

★アルコール性肝硬変は長期の大量飲酒が原因となるが，女性，糖尿病や肥満の合併者では，飲酒量が少なくても肝硬変に至る．

★NASHは肝に脂肪滴が沈着しているが，肝硬変に至ると，しばしば脂肪滴が減少するため，診断が困難となる．

★アルコール性肝障害とNASHの発症には脂肪肝が関与し，病理組織は類似している．
