★超音波検査では，肝の形態から，進行した肝硬変は比較的容易に診断できる．

★門脈圧亢進症の存在は，肝硬変の診断につながる．

★肝エラストグラフィには，粗さ検査と剪断波伝播速度検査とがある．

★肝エラストグラフィは，肝硬変の評価ができ，肝硬変の診断ができる．
