門脈圧亢進症性胃腸症

ポイント

★門脈圧亢進症性胃症の病態は，炎症性変化に乏しく，胃粘膜のうっ血に伴う粘膜および粘膜下層の血管拡張と浮腫性変化である．

★門脈圧亢進症性胃症の重症度は，門脈圧に相関し，食道静脈瘤に対する加療で増悪する．

★門脈圧亢進症性腸症では，血管不整像としてangioectasiaなどが大腸の全域に認められる．

★肝硬変患者では，非肝硬変患者に比し，門脈圧亢進症性小腸症の病変としてred spot，angioectasiaが多く認められる．
